looking for real standout bullying scene in mainstream movie

Alright so this has been driving me insane for over a year. On this site there used to be a clip from this mainstream movie, really intense, where a white kid in high school is walking around with a camera, and a black kid tells him not to film him and the kid says its a free country. So the black kid shoves the kid around, steals his camera, and gets his friend to film him gloating about how he kicked his ass and I think stole his girlfriend. the whole time the black bully has this gorgeous white bitchy looking girl on his arm who is laughing at the poor white boy. one of the most intense things ive ever seen. I need to find that clip!
 
@Mr.NW: i know the scene this guy is talking about and the actors don't look like kids. Anyway, it's not porn and since it's from a mainstream movie, shouldn't be legal to post it here ? I have this scene so i'm waiting for your approval.

ah, i got it on the bottom link i think. downloadable file. holy fuck that scene is intense. im trying to google the lines to find the script and the title of the movie.
