White daughters and reparations

Let's talk about reparations! Do you think that white daughters should be instilled with BNWO principles at least from age 18 (or earlier?)? My wife is blacked, but my stepdaughter is not. And my wife is categorically against her daughter knowing her mother's secrets! My opinion is that daughters should pay reparations just like their mothers!
