Penis enlargement?

I was thinking about it. The wife isn't satisfied with my size however even with the current surgical procedures it still wouldn't be as large as some of her current black lovers.

I think this would be more for my ego then anything else. My question is for anyone that has gone under the knife do you think it was worth the money and pain?
