Soulpole, the negative birth rate - it is global trend, not only white race has it. Better to look at total fertility rate (TFR) - the number of children per woman. It fells sharply in most parts of the world, and continue to fall lower and lower.
These numbers (TFR, chidlren per woman) are follow:
China - 1,5 (this is oficially, there is an unofficial figure 1,2), Japan - 1,3, South Korea - 1,2, Thailand - 1,6, Vietnam - 1,9. Other countries of these region have a bit higher numbers, but they are falling quickly, and continue to fall even more.
Any concerns about "asian race to die out"?
Next region - Middle East and North Africa - has such TFRs:
Turkey - 2,1, Iran - 1,9, UAE - 1,8, Lebanon - 2,1, Tunisia - 2,1, Morocco - 2,2, Algeria - 2,3. Not very low yet, but at 1980 numbers were 6,0 - 8,0. Also demographers has a forecast, that TFRs in these countries will continue to fall to as low as 1,2 - 1,3 in 2020.
Latin America - has similar situation with quickly falling TFRs:
Brasil - 1,9, Chili - 1,9, Columbia - 2,1, Uruguay - 2,0, Suriname - 2,3, Venezuela - 2,5; other slighly higher but also falling rapidly.
Argentina - almost 100% white country - has TFR 2,4.
OK, now a bit about Europe's TFRs.
"Nordic" countries: Iceland - 2,2, Sweden - 2,0, Norway, Denmark, Finland - all 1,9.
"Semi-nordic" countries: Britain - 2,0, Ireland - 2,1, Netherlands and Belgium - both 1,8. Only Germany, Austria and Switzerland has really low TFR - about 1,4.
And in contrary with other parts of the world, Europe's TFRs are more or less rising since 2002 (for example in Sweden from 1,50 in 1999 to 1,98 in 2010).
Southern and Eastern Europe has really low TFR - about 1,3 - 1,5 (though it also starting to rise in recent years). But this is good at this moment, because it will force our governments open our borders for Africans.
All numbers are from "Population Reference Bureau. 2011 World Population Data Sheet".
