It's much less a 'chat room' than a 'conference room'. If you open up ur IM and open a window for one of ur contacts and then clik on Actions at the top, under the drop down there is an option for Invite to Conference. If u can open it up theres a secondary list that allows u to invite peopole to a room, name the room, etc and u do that and u have ur own room. pretty easy!

Sounds like a good approach. Let's explore it.

It's much less a 'chat room' than a 'conference room'. I tried my webcam for the first time yesterday and I couldn't get it to work. It was really blurry. A friend said that it might be because I have wireless through a phone line rather than cable. I'm not an expert so I don't know. Pretty disappointed, I really wanted to do something with the webcam.
