You know, this site has been great over the years, in both the previous instances. But every time it comes back, there seems to be less and less interest.
Trust seems to be lacking that this site will remain up.

I want to ask the site owner and/or moderators, why has this site been shut down twice?

I have been weighing the option of even uploading anything to the site again because it seems like it may be a waste of time if the site is going to disappear in a year.
